There are few movements in CrossFit that produce as much excitement like being able to perform muscle ups. It is a movement that is difficult to execute but it is within every athlete’s grasp who is willing to put in the work! We want to invite athletes from COTH and CJP to attend the muscle up workshop April 18th, 10am at COTH. Whether you are looking for your first muscle up or want to get better at the movement this workshop is for you!

During the workshop participants will:

(1) Learn the proper mechanics for executing efficient muscle ups.

(2) Debunk improper technique that might be keeping you from a muscle up.

(3) Get hands on practice with muscle up drills.


When: Saturday, April 18th from 10am-11:30am
