Way to push yourself on your BASELINE workout! This is a great workout to retest after you’ve been training with us for a few months to see how much progress you have made. You’ve put in some amazing work over the past two weeks together. It has truly been a great privilege to work with you. It is time to take what you’ve learned and come to our All-Levels classes! If you have not done so yet, please sign up for your next class on Pike13. You can see the daily schedule and sign up for the class you wish to attend. It is recommended to sign up a few days before class to avoid being waitlisted for the class. Classes are limited to only 12 athletes. You have two weeks left on your First Month membership so come to as many classes as you can!
Our ACTION ITEM is to download the app SugarWOD. This app will allow you to see the week’s workouts ahead of time and record and journal your progress.
