Program Description

Our CrossFit classes are led by experienced coaches who are dedicated to your success, whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or you’re a seasoned athlete looking to level up.


Each workout is designed to build strength, mobility, and coordination through functional movements and scalable exercises. This means every workout can be adjusted to meet your unique fitness level and goals, ensuring you stay challenged while avoiding burnout or injury. From beginners to elite athletes, everyone finds their place here at EastieFit.


Our classes are constantly varied, meaning no two sessions are ever the same. You’ll engage in workouts that keep your body guessing and your mind engaged, combining elements of cardio, strength training, and skill development. Our classes are spilt into 3 levels for people of all skill levels! Each class includes:


  • A dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for optimal performance.
  • Skill or strength-focused sessions with demonstrations and technical guidance to master movements safely and effectively.
  • High-intensity conditioning workouts, blending functional movements and the CrossFit methodology into challenging, time-efficient sessions. 
  • But EastieFit CrossFit is about more than just workouts. It’s about community.
